A short review of the Symposium held in 2009

 

Paper Submissions

Papers submitted to ISCIT should neither have been published elsewhere nor should be under review by another conference or journal. All papers for ISCIT 2009 were submitted electronically via the EDAS system:

The IEEE instructions for authors were available on the IEEE website. Accepted papers had been included in the IEEE Xplore database and in the Elsevier EI Compendex. Authors were invited to submit a full paper according to the posted guidelines.

Authors were expected to present their papers at the Symposium upon acceptance and presenting authors were required to register for the Symposium.
